Duties

• Operate equipment such as forklifts and skid steers to load, unload, move, and organize inventory efficiently.
• Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
• Prepare shipments by blending & labeling them correctly for shipping & receiving processes.
• Support warehouse distribution activities by loading/unloading trucks and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) and skid steers.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive motions safely.
• Strong attention to detail for order picking, packing accuracy, and inventory control.
