Job Description
Support students’ growth and well-being by applying your expertise as a School Psychologist in an engaging part-time contract role near Laurel, DE. In this role, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for individual students
- Develop and implement intervention and support plans tailored to student needs
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to provide recommendations for student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs
- Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Provide professional guidance on classroom management and behavioral strategies
- Stay current with best practices and maintain proper documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
A strong candidate will bring:
- Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience in a school setting working with diverse student populations
- Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing appropriate interventions

- Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads (caseload TBD) and unique student needs
