We’re actively hiring Electromechanical Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Naples, FL. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in building quality products, and want a stable role with room to grow, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Perform wiring, crimping, soldering, routing, and installation of electrical components
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with production leads or engineers
• Track assembly steps and report defects or material shortages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
• Follow all company quality and safety standards

Schedule & Position Details

• Monday–Friday | First Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.
