Hydraulic Repair Technician – Direct Hire | Up to $30/hr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and components
• Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild valves, pumps, cylinders, and manifolds
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical issues to identify root causes
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
• Perform testing to ensure repaired components meet performance standards
• Work with both mechanical and basic electrical components
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment daily
• Document repairs, findings, and test results
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Bonus Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• 2–5+ years of hydraulic repair experience
• Experience with valves, manifolds, or pumps
• IFPS certification or hydraulic training
• Electrical troubleshooting experience
• Experience with hydraulic testing equipment

Work Environment

• Clean, climate-controlled facility
• Hands-on repair shop (you will get dirty working with hydraulic fluid)
• All tools and equipment provided
• Mid-sized, team-oriented operation (70–80 employees)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
