This is a hands-on troubleshooting role where your mechanical knowledge really matters.
What You’ll Be Doing- Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and components
- Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild valves, pumps, cylinders, and manifolds
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical issues to identify root causes
- Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
- Perform testing to ensure repaired components meet performance standards
- Work with both mechanical and basic electrical components
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment daily
- Document repairs, findings, and test results
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- 2–5+ years of hydraulic repair experience
- Experience with valves, manifolds, or pumps
- IFPS certification or hydraulic training
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Experience with hydraulic testing equipment
- Clean, climate-controlled facility
- Hands-on repair shop (you will get dirty working with hydraulic fluid)
- All tools and equipment provided
- Mid-sized, team-oriented operation (70–80 employees)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
