Join Our Team as a Material Handler
Blue Water Area
Pay Rate: $20+/hour

Are you an experienced Material Handler looking for a stable opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re hiring dependable, safety-focused individuals to support production and logistics operations for a well-established manufacturer in the Blue Water Area.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, teamwork, and keeping materials moving efficiently throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, tuggers, and other material-handling equipment
- Deliver and collect carts, pallets, totes, and materials throughout the facility
- Perform scanning transactions and material movements accurately
- Follow all work instructions, safety rules, and hazardous material procedures
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report any issues or concerns
- Maintain clean work areas in accordance with 5S and TPM standards
- Assist with training new team members
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and team initiatives
- Support special projects and additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Basic English proficiency
- Ability to follow safety procedures and standardized work instructions
Preferred (but not required):
- Prior forklift or tugger experience
- Familiarity with SAP or inventory systems
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices or ISO standards
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with frequent movement and equipment use
