Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC - shooting for 6/15/26 for 3 months with the option to extend. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 5x8's. Would accept 4x8's as well.
Case Mix: General cases - ortho, ent, urology mainly. No OB, no hearts, no heads, and no peds.
# of OR's: 5 to 6 rooms
Support Staff/Supervision: Supervision
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing Time-Frame: 30-45 days
Active VA License: Active VA highly preferred upfront due to somewhat unknown timeframeThe Independence Difference:
