Pay Rate: $61.50 / hour

RN Details
\n- \n
- Full Time Schedules \n
- Some weekends may be required \n
- 8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility \n
- Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus) \n
- nights (12 hour shift) \n
- 8 week assignment. \n
RN Duties
\n- \n
- Provides general nursing care to patients. \n
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques. \n
- Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients. \n
- Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents. \n
- Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient. \n
- May make beds, bathe, and feed patients. \n
- May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients. \n
- Additional RN duties given by Supervisor. \n
RN Qualifications
\n- \n
- Graduation from an accredited educational institution \n
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the State in CA. The license MUST be in good standing \n
- 1 year of experience \n
- Correctional experience is required. \n
