Maintenance Supervisor

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a full-time position overseeing building maintenance and repairs.

This role is responsible for supporting a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment while overseeing daily maintenance operations and preventative maintenance efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance and repair tasks
• Ensure building systems are operating properly
• Coordinate and prioritize work orders
• Support preventative maintenance programs
• Assist with inspections and safety compliance
• Maintain a safe and functional environment

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance supervisory experience preferred
• General maintenance knowledge required
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Reliable and team-oriented approach
