Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions in our skilled nursing facility. We are seeking dependable nurses who are committed to providing quality resident care in a team-focused environment.

Pay:
$32.00-$39.42 per hour

Pay rates are based on experience and benefit selections. Higher hourly rates may be available for employees who waive certain benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff
