Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC) / Nursing Home
Location: Carrington, ND
Contract Length: 6 Weeks
Schedule: 36/48 Rotation
Shift: Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Shift Length: 12-Hour Shifts

Overview: We are seeking a confident and compassionate LPN with strong long-term care experience who thrives in a fast-paced overnight setting.
Deliver high-quality nursing care to LTC residents
Monitor and assess resident conditions overnight
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate charting and compliance documentation
Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism
Required Experience
Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience
Experience caring for patients with:
Trachs
Ventilators
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
IV Certification preferred
Previous travel or contract nursing experience is a plus
