Nanny Needed

We are looking for help with our baby girl. Our lives don't run on a consistent schedule so childcare has been tough. Ideally we are looking for someone 1-3 days a week. We might be home during some of the time or be out of the home. My husband is an airline pilot so his schedule changes month to month. He also runs an online business from home. So he might be home working. I also work a few days a week on an Etsy business and might be home some days. We are open to a consistent schedule or just on demand.
