Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility position requiring ND or compact RN licensure and at least 1 year of experience.
Details
- Long-term care / skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting with 128 beds
- Diverse patient population covering all diagnoses common to post-acute care
- Patient ratio of 1:32
- Charting performed using Point Click Care (PCC)
- 12-hour day shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Every other weekend requirement
- Every third holiday requirement
- No on-call or call-back responsibilities
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Active ND or compact RN license, in hand and active at time of consideration (pending licenses not accepted)
- Current BLS certification required (copy of active certification required; pending certifications not accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required — no exceptions
- Copy of driver's license required for consideration
- 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
Additional Information
- Orientation is conducted on-site with facility staff following the GSS orientation pathway
- Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and are subject to a local pay rate
