CNA

Location: NY 13165
Pay: $736 – $840/week
Hours: 5 x 7.5 hr shifts, Day/Evening rotation, every weekend and holidays required

• Provide direct care to residents: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence/catheter care, turning/positioning, skin care

• Support resident nutrition: meal delivery, feeding, adaptive equipment, honoring food preferences

• Assist with mobility and rehabilitation: range of motion, transfers, ambulation, proper alignment, use of assistive devices

• Maintain safety and clean environment: answer call lights, fall prevention, proper equipment use

• Observe, report, and document resident changes, refusals, or concerns promptly

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification – Required

• BLS (AHA or RQI) – Required

• Minimum 1 year CNA experience in long-term care – Required
