Medical Assistant (Outpatient) (AHMC)

Contract Dates: 04/27/2026 – 07/26/2026
Location: California 95437
Pay: $587 – $675/week

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 5x8s)

• No Call

• Provide routine clinical support under licensed provider supervision

• Prepare exam rooms and check in patients

• Obtain and report vital signs and patient observations

• Maintain patient recall logs (labs, referrals, follow-ups)

• Perform venipuncture, audiometry, and vision testing

• Assist with general outpatient clinic operations

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

• Basic Life Support (BLS / HS-BLS / RQI BLS) certification (required)

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience (2 years preferred)

• Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)

• Phlebotomy certification

• Audiometry and vision training (or CHDP certificate within 6 months)

• Position represented by UFCW

• Must comply with required vaccinations (medical/religious exemptions may apply)
