CNA

Position: CNA (Contract to Perm)
Location: NY 13165
Pay: $759 – $865/week

Contract Duration:

• 05/26/2026 – 08/29/2026 (13 weeks)

Schedule:

• Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

• 5x7.5-hour shifts

• Day & Night shifts as needed per schedule

• Every Other Weekend (EOW) & Holidays required

• Provide ADL care: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, positioning

• Maintain resident safety: respond to call lights, fall prevention, equipment monitoring

• Support nutrition: meal setup, feeding, hydration per care plan

• Assist mobility: transfers, ambulation, ROM, assistive devices

• Observe, report, and document resident condition changes

• Maintain accurate documentation per facility protocol

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required, active 1+ year)

• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)

• Minimum 1 year LTC/CNA experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to work in environment with exposure to blood/body fluids
