Talented Medical Solutions is hiring a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Geriatric/Extended Care (GTE) assignment in Fertile, Minnesota. Whether you're a seasoned CNA or newer to the field, this opportunity allows you to provide essential, hands-on care in a setting where residents and staff feel like family.

As a CNA in a GTE environment, you’ll support residents with daily living needs, emotional encouragement, and dignity—making a direct impact on their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming

• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Provide companionship, patience, and respectful communication

• Maintain cleanliness, comfort, and safety of resident spaces

• Document care provided according to facility standards

• Active CNA certification in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred

• Compassionate and patient-focused mindset

• Dependable team player with strong communication skills
