5 Star Cares is looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers ready to make a real impact in the lives of higher-acuity patients in a supportive group home setting.

MUST have experience in:
Acute Care Hospital/ Rehab/ Long-Term Care (LTR/SNF)

Responsibilities:
Assist with bathing, hygiene, feeding, and mobility
Support daily living activities with compassion and professionalism
Document care and communicate with the healthcare team
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing experience
Experience with higher-acuity or Level 2 patients preferred
Current CPR/BLS & First Aid (AHA or Red Cross)
Ability to pass ACHA Level 2 Background Screening
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:
Full-Time or Part-Time
12-Hour Day Shifts (6AM6PM)
Rotating weekends & holidays
