CNA

• Shift Time: Monday to Friday

• Schedule: Full-Time

• Pay: $1000 – $1040/week

• Orientation: Must be available for full-shift orientation on Tuesday or Thursday

• Assist residents with ADLs (hygiene, dressing, toileting, positioning, skin care)

• Maintain safety (respond to call lights, fall prevention, equipment monitoring)

• Support nutrition (meal setup, feeding, honor preferences)

• Assist mobility/rehab (ambulation, transfers, ROM, proper alignment)

• Report condition changes; complete accurate documentation

• Active NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (minimum 1 year)

• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI required)

• Minimum 1 year LTC/CNA experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to work in environment with potential exposure to blood/body fluids
