- 4 front desk, 3 MAs. Potentially 2 APPs
Procedures:
- All bread and Butter primary care
Board Certification:
- Board Certified Required
Travel:
- Facility will cover
Credentialing timeline:
- Will be able to start by Mid June
Requirements:
- Active CTstate license
- Active DEA in CTor willing to transfer
- BLS
