Schedule & Hours:

  • Part-time: ~20 hours per week. More hours may be available if willing to work in other locations.
  • MondayFriday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM
  • Closed Sundays and major holidays



About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Experience Team Member. This is an on-site position that plays a critical role in helping us care for customer clothing and household items.

The role combines customer service, detailed garment inspection, and customer database management. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable following structured processes in a fast-paced environment.


Applicants may be asked to complete a short job-related exercise demonstrating garment and color identification for data entry accuracy.


Training

All new team members complete approximately 120 hours of paid training. Training may occur at any of our store locations: Hamburg, Orchard Park, East Aurora and Lancaster. Training covers customer service procedures, garment care basics, and our computer system.


What Youll Do

  • Welcome walk-in customers with a smile, answer questions professionally and courteously and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
  • Use a tablet-based point of sale and customer management system.
  • Carefully inspect clothing and household items for stains, tears or rips, missing buttons, broken zippers, items left in pockets, and other damage or special conditions.
  • Accurately document item details in a customer database system to track cleaning, pressing, alteration and delivery instructions.
  • Attach instructions and record notes for production staff.
  • Sort and organize incoming and outgoing orders correctly.
  • Open or close a location and keep the front counter and work areas clean and organized.


What Were Looking For

We are especially interested in candidates who have a positive, helpful attitude, are highly detail-oriented, enjoy following clear processes and procedures, learn new systems and information quickly, can stay focused while performing repetitive tasks accurately, and are comfortable standing and moving throughout the day.

Customer service, food service, retail, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
