You’ll collaborate closely with development teams, administrators, and third-party partners, providing hands-on leadership across integrations, data strategy, and system design. From defining architecture standards to building proof-of-concept solutions, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and integration strategies

  • Lead technical direction across development teams and vendor partners

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions

  • Define and maintain architecture artifacts, standards, and best practices

  • Drive innovation through POCs and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 7+ years in application development, including 5+ years with Salesforce Health Cloud

  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs

  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and Agile methodologies

  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence stakeholders
