Operations Coordinator - Custom Machine Shop

Salary: $75,000 DOE

Advance CNC Machining is growing and we want YOU to grow with us. As an Operations Coordinator, youll support a rapid, collaborative team delivering precision CNC parts. We invest in leading-edge technology and taking care of people. Here, your work on quotes, orders, and vendor coordination directly serves our customers success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders through production: schedule jobs, track progress, and communicate status.
• Support Sales team with quotes and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth hand-off to Production.
• Coordinate with external vendors for outsourcing and materials; generate RFQs and POs.
• Maintain organized documentation from CNC programs to shipping paperwork.
• Own proactive follow-up and issue-resolution to meet urgent timelines in a busy office.

Qualifications:

• Strong sense of ownership and multitasking ability in a fast-paced, group office setting.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Prior experience in manufacturing office, sales support, or project coordination is a plus.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable learning ERP systems and standard office software.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; coachable and adaptable to change.
