Environmental Services Aide

Position: Environmental Services Aide (Contract to Perm)
Location: NY 14456 (Finger Lakes Surgery Center)
Pay: $418 – $486/week

Contract Duration:

• 05/11/2026 – 08/22/2026 (15 weeks)

Schedule:

• Full-Time (40 hours/week)

• Monday – Friday

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• No weekends, no holidays

• Clean and maintain patient, staff, and visitor areas in surgical center

• Sanitize beds, restrooms, furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces

• Operate cleaning equipment (auto scrubber, vacuum, burnisher, etc.) safely

• Follow infection control, PPE, and safety protocols at all times

• Properly handle and dispose of trash, linen, and waste

• Restock supplies and maintain clean, sanitary environment

• Respond to emergency pages and follow facility procedures

• Use proper body mechanics and chemical handling practices

• High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required)

• No license or certification required

• Previous hospital housekeeping experience preferred

• Ability to follow infection control and safety protocols
