Pay: $23.25–$24.00 per hour

EPIQ Logistics is a proud Amazon Delivery Service Partner dedicated to operational excellence, safety, reliability, and strong performance. We are looking for an experienced Amazon DSP Dispatcher with a solid understanding of Amazon delivery systems, driver coordination, and day-to-day DSP operations.

The DSP Dispatcher is a key part of daily operations. This role helps ensure routes are launched smoothly, drivers receive timely support while on the road, and Amazon performance standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can make quick decisions, solve problems in real time, and help maintain a high-performing delivery operation.

• Manage daily dispatch operations and route launches
• Monitor driver progress throughout the day using Cortex
• Provide real-time driver support, including rescues, route reassignments, and troubleshooting
• Track and manage key performance metrics, including DCR, POD, EOC, safety, and on-time dispatch
• Coordinate rescue plans and adjust routes as needed
• Communicate directly with Amazon OTR leadership
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Amazon standards
• Support driver coaching, accountability, and performance improvement

• Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Flex, Cortex, and delivery performance metrics
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced delivery environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Weekend availability and flexibility with scheduling
• Comfortable using computers, tracking data, and monitoring operational performance
