We are seeking a CNA to join our team! Please only apply if you are a CNA with homecare experience

Responsibilities:

Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
Apply Condom Cath
Gastrostomy, PEG and J tube feedings, Ostomy Care
Medication reminders
Sterile dressing changes
Assist in the transport, positioning, use of gait belt, or hoyer lift
Provide companionship and basic total care to client
Maintain a clean and healthy environment with light housekeeping
Small meal prep

Qualifications:

Previous experience in patient care responsibilities
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to learn and carryout new task with training
