We are seeking a CNA to join our team! Please only apply if you are a CNA with homecare experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
- Apply Condom Cath
- Gastrostomy, PEG and J tube feedings, Ostomy Care
- Medication reminders
- Sterile dressing changes
- Assist in the transport, positioning, use of gait belt, or hoyer lift
- Provide companionship and basic total care to client
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment with light housekeeping
- Small meal prep
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in patient care responsibilities
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to learn and carryout new task with training
