About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified Rad Tech in Elgin, Illinois, 60123!

Jackson HealthPros is excited to add an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to our team where you will be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT registration and state licensure if required by law.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience.
• Experience with trauma imaging and C-arm procedures.
• Experience with EPIC charting system.
• Experience with portable radiography equipment (Shimadzu portables) and with Siemens or GE imaging equipment preferred.
• Comfortable working with patients across the lifespan, including neonate to geriatric populations; pediatric experience preferred.
• Willingness to float within the facility.

Preferred Qualifications

• O-arm experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a Level II trauma center or similar high-acuity hospital preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 10:00 AM–8:30 PM with some 1:00 PM–11:30 PM shifts.
• After 6/27, shift schedule will transition to 1:00 PM–11:30 PM and/or 11:00 PM–9:30 AM.
• Weekend rotation: 2 weekends per month.
• Orientation up to 40 hours based on comfort level.
• Holiday coverage may be required.
• On-site floating only within the facility.
• Scrubs for procedural areas will be provided by the facility.
• Parking provided free by the facility.
