Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed activity according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas, remaining aware of unusual conditions and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and/or control entry and exit in accordance with post orders and government site requirements.
• Support staff, visitors, and/or authorized personnel with directions, information, and incident reporting while following Allied Universal standards and post-specific instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card and/or License.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
