Aegis STO Fleet Reach Back Support - Mid-Level Operations Support

Role Overview:
Core Services Group is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to serve as Mid-Level Operations Support - Aegis Senior Training Officer (STO) Fleet Reach Back Support for the Commander, Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC). In this role, you will provide tactical and operational expertise to enhance the readiness and effectiveness of the Surface Force across multiple warfare domains.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 15 years of military experience, and/or relevant industry and/or government experience with the surface navys combat systems, C5I, networks, weapons systems, and IAMD planning systems.
• Seven (7) years of experience aboard Navy cruisers or destroyers acting in the capacity of a System Test Officer or Combat System Maintenance Manager.
• Qualified and experienced in a watch station with the authority to employ the Aegis Weapon System (i.e., Tactical Action Officer (TAO), Air Warfare Coordinator (AAWC).
• Possess a Tactical Action Officer Qualification letter or BMD Watch Officer qualification letter.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative assessment methods to support war-fighting readiness, capabilities, and capacity evaluations.
• Experience in post-weapon firing mission analysis of Aegis weapon systems.

Security Clearance:
