Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

Looking for a nanny/babysitter for my son for when I go back to work. My work schedule is quite varied and our primary childcare will be grandma. We are hoping to find someone who we trust that would be able to watch my son on days that his grandma cannot.. and for the occasional date nights. The schedule is (as I'm sure you can tell) quite varied/flexible but we will do our best to give as much notice as possible.
