Family Medicine Physician

Our client, a well-established and physician-led healthcare organization dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician to join their team in Hawthorne, NJ. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality outpatient primary care, focusing on continuity and building long-term patient relationships.
• Participate in inpatient rounding approximately two half-days per week, managing manageable patient loads with supportive staff and advanced tools designed to reduce administrative burdens.
• Collaborate with Physician Assistants, who handle the majority of urgent and outpatient calls, ensuring efficient patient flow and clinical coverage.
• Engage in a flexible schedule that includes one late evening shift weekly, with the ability to shape your patient panel according to your professional interests, such as women’s health, procedures, or complementary skills like acupuncture.
• Utilize innovative EMR systems featuring AI documentation and billing tools to optimize workflow and patient care.
• Contribute to a team focused on comprehensive, thoughtful care, with minimal high-pressure urgencies or high patient volumes.

Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Open to residency graduates through 2026; ideally with 2–3+ years of post-residency experience.
• Comfortable managing both outpatient and inpatient clinical responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
