What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized outpatient Hematology/Oncology care to adult patients
• Manage and treat conditions such as cancer, blood disorders, and related illnesses
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team including NP, LPN, CNA/CMA
• Document patient encounters using Epic EMR, with Ai charting support
• Participate in occasional inpatient consults as needed
• Adhere to clinic policies, including clock-in/out, dress code, and call procedures

What You Need

• NY Medical License in Hand
• Minimum 5 years of Hematology/Oncology experience
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Proficient in Epic EMR system and charting tools
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a growing program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

About the Assignment
Join a dynamic outpatient clinic environment focused on delivering high-quality cancer and blood disorder treatments. The team consists of one MD and one NP, supporting approximately 18-20 patients daily, with occasional inpatient consults. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to patient care while working within a collaborative setting in Potsdam.
