Intensivist - Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks

Our organization is currently in search of a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Intensivist to join our team in Fayetteville, AR. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional medical care to honor and serve America's Veterans.

Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state.

• Starting base salary range: $350,000 - $385,000
• Permanent full-time role
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with no on-call duties or weekend shifts
• Sign-on bonus available for highly qualified candidates

• Conduct daily ICU rounds and coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Efficiently manage patient care with a focus on length of stay and transitions
• Oversee the treatment of critically ill patients, including assessment, management, and airway/ventilator management, as well as handling life-threatening conditions and organ failure
• Ensure timely, detailed, and high-quality documentation in medical records, with a focus on completing encounters on the same day
