Facility and Practice Overview:
Join a well-established outpatient clinic practice located in the vibrant community of Mt. Morris, Michigan! This role offers a unique opportunity to become part of a nationally recognized health system, known for its supportive atmosphere and collaborative physician network. You will enjoy utilizing EPIC EMR while providing comprehensive care to a growing patient population in a community-focused environment.
- Deliver full-spectrum outpatient primary care services to adult and family medicine patients.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Conduct preventative care visits, including wellness exams and follow-up appointments.
- Develop long-term treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC EMR system.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Share on-call responsibilities as assigned.
- Meet productivity expectations during 36 patient-contact hours per week.
- Utilize 4 administrative hours weekly for charting and care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to organizational standards of care.
- Foster strong relationships with patients and the local community.
- Support patient education initiatives and continuity of care.
- Comply with all clinical standards and credentialing requirements.
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Graduates from 2026 and 2027 accepted with an expectation to obtain Board Certification within 3 years.
- Michigan medical license (or willing to obtain).
- DEA certification.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CSL certifications.
- Clean malpractice and licensing history.
- EPIC EMR experience (preferred).
- Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule.
- H1B visa candidates accepted, unfortunately J1 visa candidates cannot be considered.
- Must provide the most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days).
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Board Certification required within 3 years for Board Eligible candidates.
- Active Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain.
- DEA certification.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CSL certifications.
