We are looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our well-established family medicine clinic. This opportunity involves taking over the patient panel of a retiring physician.

Position Details:

• Role: Outpatient Family Medicine Physician with an existing patient base
• Schedule: No nights, weekends, or on-call duties
• Patient Load: Manage 12-18 patients daily
• HPSA Score: 15
• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 4-day work week
• Facility: New, state-of-the-art clinic equipped with Epic EMR, AI scribe technology, and robust clinical support

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: Guaranteed base salary exceeding $300K, with 3% annual increases, independent of any wRVU-based compensation
