What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and building relationships with our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing top-notch customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Reviewing applications and identifying opportunities to renew customer agreements.
• Contacting customers with expired agreements and working to resolve issues to ensure prompt payments.
• Scheduling voluntary turn-ins of merchandise and assisting with repossessions in the field alongside a shop technician.
• Conducting home visits and placing door hangers for customers who are not communicating.
• Meeting weekly goals and contributing to the overall success of the store.
• Using point-of-sale software to manage accounts and implement promotions.

You’ll spend most of your time in the office (Monday-Friday, 10:00 am-6:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am-4:00 pm, with one weekday off and Sundays off). However, once a week, you’ll head into the field to connect with customers and ensure their accounts are on track.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to assist with repossessions and lift up to 100 lbs. when moving merchandise.
• Comfortable using computer point-of-sale software.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide employment authorization documents.
• Must work every Monday and Saturday (excluding holidays).
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid personal auto insurance
