Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: I need a licensed person, who is up on technology and will handle billing my long term health care ins. I paint, make greeting cards, but my eyes are bad, need mail read to me. Looking for new crafts! I need to keep busy. Im beaing treated for kidney, Heart, lung and mobility issues, however I am pretty independent. Shopping or medical transportation when nesecary About the care needs: I have a dog who is friendly.. I prefer not talking the whole time. Any hobbies they can teach me would be a plus.
