What You’ll Do

•Lead and manage crews on assigned water restoration jobs

•Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on-site

•Perform and oversee demolition (flooring, drywall, cabinets, etc.)

•Extract water and remove damaged materials safely and efficiently

•Set up, monitor, and adjust drying equipment

•Apply antimicrobial treatments as needed

•Move and protect customer contents

•Ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and organized

•Accurately document work performed and job progress

•Follow company procedures and safety protocols for emergency services

What We’re Looking For

•Previous experience in water restoration or construction (preferred)

•Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role

•Strong work ethic and positive attitude

•Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field

•Good communication and customer service skills

•Reliable and punctual

Physical Requirements

•Ability to routinely lift 50+ lbs

•Comfortable working in environments that may include mold, contaminated water, or other hazardous conditions

•Must be able to wear required PPE on job sites
