We are seeking a Facilities & Grounds Technician to support the functionality, appearance, and day-to-day operations of the property. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role responsible for general maintenance, groundskeeping, and operational support across the property. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and takes pride in maintaining a high-quality environment.
Essential Functions
- Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing, weed control, irrigation support, and general landscape upkeep
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs across buildings, equipment, and property infrastructure
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete general repair tasks within scope of experience
- Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, construction, and welding repairs as appropriate and in accordance with applicable regulations
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of indoor and outdoor spaces
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and operational support
- Support property improvements, set up, and build-out projects across company locations
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and utility vehicles
- Identify and communicate maintenance needs proactively
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Work Environment
- Fast-paced winery and hospitality environment
- Work performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Frequent movement across multiple areas of the property
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate tools and equipment

Travel and Work Location
- This is an on-site position
- Travel between property locations during the workday may be required and is considered compensable time
- Occasional travel to nearby company properties may be required
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience pulling trailers preferred
- Forklift experience preferred (certification may be provided)
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed, in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws
Work Authorization
