ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Rep with Annai Stephens State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm Insurance products and services.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
