White County Rehab and Nursing is hiring CNA Trainees to join our team through a paid training program. No prior healthcare experience is required.

This program provides the training and hands-on experience needed to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), with full-time opportunities available after successful completion.

Pay & Benefits

• Earn $15.50/hr during training
• Starting pay of $19.50/hr once certified
• Full-time opportunities available after certification
• Hands-on experience in a skilled nursing facility

Program Details

• Combination of classroom instruction and clinical training
• Training schedule averages 40 hours per week
• Work alongside experienced nursing staff
