Registered Nurse (RN)

Greenup Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions.

$40.00 - $46.44 per hour

The posted range reflects total potential earnings. Actual pay is based on experience and benefit selections. Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor resident condition and report changes as needed
• Complete nursing documentation accurately and timely
• Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and clinical staff
• Support resident safety, comfort, and overall care plans

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
