CNC Maintenance Technician

The CNC Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal operation of various CNC machines, including milling machines, lathes, and laser cutters. Working within a small team of 2-5 members during day shifts, this position requires a highly independent professional capable of troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex equipment to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment issues with precision and efficiency
• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines to prevent breakdowns
• Repair and replace faulty machine parts promptly
• Conduct performance testing to ensure machines meet quality standards
• Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential problems
• Analyze root causes of failures and implement corrective measures
