Job Description
We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first leader to join our team as a Bilingual Call Center Assistant Manager. This is the perfect role for someone who brings positivity, motivation, and strong leadership skills to the table—someone who can inspire a team while also keeping performance on track.

• Bilingual (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and natural ability to motivate others
• Comfortable working with computers, call systems, and basic reporting tools
• Some leadership or call center experience preferred—but we value potential and attitude just as much
• Ability to stay firm, organized, and results-driven while keeping team morale high
What You’ll Do:
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of call center representatives to meet and exceed performance goals
• Create a positive, upbeat work environment that drives productivity and engagement
• Monitor daily metrics and help team members improve performance and efficiency
• Provide hands-on support, guidance, and constructive feedback
• Step in to resolve escalated customer concerns when needed
• Maintain a balance between being supportive and holding the team accountable
