About this job
Job Description
We're not looking for an HR administrator. We're looking for a builder — someone who can create the people infrastructure a high-growth financial services firm needs to scale to $50MM+ without legal exposure, culture drift, or leadership distraction.
About Elite Consulting Partners
Elite Consulting Partners is a nationally recognized financial services recruiting and M&A advisory firm. We move fast, hold high standards, and operate with the systems and cadence of a company that's built to scale. With 68+ employees across multiple business lines, we're making the infrastructure investments — including this hire — to get to the next level.
The role
You own the full people function. You report directly to senior leadership and serve as the internal authority on every employee matter — compliance, relations, policy, development, and hiring. You remove HR burden from our COO and CFO and ensure no people decision gets made without proper process behind it. You are embedded with the team daily, in-office, and accessible.
What you'll own
- Build and enforce all HR policy — handbook, PIPs, termination protocol, complaint intake, and documentation
- Handle all employee relations and sensitive workplace matters with empathy and legal precision
- Own full employment law compliance — harassment, discrimination, accommodations, and workplace safety
- Maximize ADP Workforce Now as our system of record — we have it, we're not using it well
- Partner with our Head of BDA Recruiting on hiring processes, candidate risk assessment, and compliant screening practices for high-volume recruiting roles
- Lead onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and leadership training cadence
- Be the first call when something goes wrong — and the architect of systems that prevent it
What you bring
- 7+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years at a director or senior level
- Strong working knowledge of employment law — you identify risk before it becomes a claim
- Experience building HR infrastructure in a scaling company (50–200 employees preferred)
- Financial services or professional services background strongly preferred
- ADP Workforce Now or comparable HRIS experience
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Direct communicator. Calm under pressure. Operates without hand-holding.
