We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Prior experience providing restorative care, ADL training, and cognitive or upper-extremity rehabilitation preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare and long-term care reimbursement and documentation preferred.
• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30.
• Work pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
