- Active SC state PT license required to begin the assignment (compact license is not sufficient for SC)
- SSN required for consideration
- 1 professional reference required for consideration

- Candidates who previously worked at this facility as PRN or permanent staff must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before being eligible to return as a traveler
