Construction Assistant Superintendent/Builder

Assist in the supervision and coordination of construction projects.

• Work with the project management and construction team from start to finish to acheive a successful building process.
• Coordinate work and procurements with subcontractors & suppliers.
• Maintain project scheduling and progress reporting.
• Implement measures for quality control and compliance with specifications.
• Projects include residential, light commercial construction, new construction, and remodeling.
• Utililize project management software and other applications and technology.
