• Maintain graceful, polished service flow during high volume nights without chaos, panic, or loss of hospitality
• Train and develop staff in wine, bourbon, cocktails, menu knowledge, and elevated guest interaction
• Help build and execute beverage driven programming including wine clubs, tastings, supper clubs, pairings, specialty dinners, and branded events
• Work directly with ownership and the Executive Chef to maintain consistency, culture, profitability, and brand identity
• Protect and strengthen team culture while refusing gossip, toxicity, excuses, or mediocrity
• Help continue the growth of Honey and Hooch as a destination known for hospitality, atmosphere, wine, bourbon, and experience throughout Virginia and the region.

In short, we are seeking:
• a stabilizer
• an operator
• a culture protector
• a second-in-command
We are building a team of hospitality professionals who genuinely enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. Our environment is polished but relaxed, fast paced but guest focused, and centered around hospitality rather than simply serving food and drinks.
As we continue expanding our wine clubs, curated dinners, tastings, and specialty events, we are looking for bartenders who can bring both personality and professionalism behind the bar.
We are not a cookie cutter chain and we are not looking for cookie cutter employees. We value professionalism, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, initiative, and people who take pride in creating memorable experiences.
Our team culture matters deeply. We believe guests can feel the difference between a restaurant that simply serves food and one that is intentionally built around hospitality.
