Residential/Commercial HVAC Service Technician

360 Heating & Cooling LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Residential/Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems while delivering professional customer service and quality workmanship.

We are looking for a dependable self-starter who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally with customers and coworkers, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, boilers, and related equipment
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and control schematics
• Perform system startup and operational testing
• Communicate repair options and recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete work orders, service tickets, and jobsite documentation accurately
• Maintain clean, organized company vehicles and work areas
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA standards
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule as needed
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years HVAC service experience preferred but not required
• Experience with both residential and commercial systems strongly preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily workload
• Experience with boilers and hydronic systems is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work from ladders, rooftops, crawlspaces, and mechanical rooms
