The Welder- TIG, Aerospace plays a crucial role in fabricating and assembling metal components using TIG welding techniques within a dynamic shop floor environment. This position supports multiple shift patterns and requires proficiency in interpreting blueprints, preparing materials, and conducting weld testing to ensure high-quality aerospace standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding and metal fabrication tasks
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints accurately
• Prepare and set up materials for welding processes
• Conduct weld testing to verify integrity and compliance
• Maintain safety and quality standards on the shop floor

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in aerospace welding
• Vocational training in welding or a related field
• Certified Welder (AWS or equivalent)
